Dr. Judith Simon emigrated from Hungary to the US in 1989. She completed her training as an ophthalmologist at Hahnemann University Hospital, and since then she has been working in a private practice in NJ. She started to participate in eye-missions in 2002; since then she has organized 20 missions to different countries in Central America, Africa and the Philippines.

Jessica Mintz is a fourth year medical student at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine. She began doing international volunteer work in high school participating in medical missions in various countries including Haiti, Nigeria, Mexico and Cambodia. With a career in medicine she hopes to continue to provide medical care to those in need in the developing world.

Dr. Donald A. Macdonald was born and raised on the New Jersey shore, where he practices ophthalmology. He completed his residency in ophthalmology at the Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital and his fellowship in oculoplastic surgery at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. He has served as a Trustee of the Monmouth County Volunteers, Rumson Country Day School, The ALS Foundation of NY and the Carter Burden Center for the Aging. He has been on medical missions to Nicaragua, the Philippines and in several countries of Africa.

Marta Leirer emigrated to the USA from Hungary in 1981. She was educated as a Family Nurse Practitioner at California State University, Dominquez Hills, but working as a registered nurse in an acute care county hospital. She is specialized in adult oncology. She joined the group in 2004 and since then participated in several missions from Africa to Central-America.

Pamela Spranger has been working as a nurse for 17 years. She is currently specializing in rehabilitation nursing. She has participated in numerous missions since 2006 including Nicaragua, Ghana, Cameroon and the West Indies.
